Risatti makes machines for e-bike stators, also with rotary table bonding machines for high production – up to 240 pieces/hour. In this case there may be one, two or three bonding current generators according to the number of windings, the required current values and the ohmic resistance. They can be connected in series or in parallel to optimize both the powers at stake and the total cost.
The range for the e-bike sector is also completed by Risatti equipment for testing the rotor and complete e-bike motor.
