Risatti has been testing in the railway sector since the 2000s. In particular, it has developed a full series of specialist machinery for testing repairs and maintenance of electrical machines for the railway sector, specific for railway vehicle, tram and subway traction motors.
In fact, tests are provided on all the parts comprising the vehicle motor:
- stator
- wound rotor
- squirrel cage or die-cast rotor.
All the machines for testing in the railway sector, although operating individually, can be connected to one another in a network with the device being tested, also for being controlled remotely. Everything can also be customized according to customers’ specific needs.
The testing items are: stator test, induced test with automatic machine for large wound rotors in railway traction, rotor testing with chain with automatic tensor and cage rotor test for die-cast or welded-bar rotors.
