O26 C A FRONTE RESIZ
Enables automatic test, with loading and unloading through inclined channel and separation of good products and rejects through a trapdoor. Cycle time about 6”. Storage of all results. Storage of the position of the sensor associated with the code of the rotor being tested. SW and detectable defects like O6/C.

DETECTABLE DEFECTS:

  • Interrupted bars
  • Blowholes or porosity
  • Bar gradient angle
  • Short circuit between bars due to infiltration
  • Quality of aluminum
  • Eccentric cage
