The rotation comes from the use of a lathe, or another of the Customer’s systems, suitable for the size of the rotors • Rotation speed: 200/300 rpm It is made up of: O4/BPR sensor for detecting signals. Proximity sensor for synchronizing images. Electronic unit for viewing and processing results with PC and 16” WIDE SCREEN monitor. SW an.d results like O6/C.

  • Interrupted bars
  • Blowholes or porosity
  • Bar gradient angle
  • Short circuit between bars due to infiltration
  • Quality of aluminum
  • Eccentric cage
