TESTING:
- PARTIAL DISCHARGE
FEATURES
The new sensor developed in Risatti consists of a current transformer connected to an active I/V converter with a bandwidth greater than 20 Mhz. Together with the SW management module, it allows the measurement of the level of partial discharge carried out in compliance with the CEI 60370 standard: the method of insertion into the HV circuit can be chosen from those recommended by the standard; in particular we recommend the configuration that sees the CD placed in series with the load, cold side.
The digitization can be carried out from any device capable of sampling at 100MS (or higher), while the number of samples needed is not binding, although it is preferable to have a device with adequate memory depth, the algorithms implemented allow the creation of virtually infinite buffers, and the acquisition time is always set net of any time necessary for data transfer.
OPTIONS:
- Calibration: provides dedicated wiring and switching.
- Calibration of the PD AC 50 Hz circuit on the strength, using a micro-discharge calibrator installed in the front part of the equipment. It is also possible to read the background noise of
microdischarges. - From calibration it is possible to check sensitivity and noise.
