We offer targeted technical assistance both in Italy and abroad. In addition to remote assistance, the Customer can choose whether to send the machine to our site, or to have one of our experienced technicians visit them for calibration or repair services.
Remote assistance
We offer a remote assistance service using the Team Viewer® program, which is already available inside our machines. Through this procedure our hardware and software technicians can communicate in real-time both with the machine and with the operators, in order to find out more about any problems on the machine and solve them.
