O166 C RESIZ
Mechanical positioning and rotation feature, suitable for rotors up to 1,500 kg. Maximum dimensions: diameter 600 mm – total length: 1,500 mm – maximum rotation speed: 200 rpm. O3/BPR sensor mounted on a sliding carriage, moved by a stepper motor for automatic horizontal scanning. Test outcomes like O6/C.

DETECTABLE DEFECTS:

  • Interrupted bars
  • Blowholes or porosity
  • Bar gradient angle
  • Short circuit between bars due to infiltration
  • Quality of aluminum
  • Eccentric cage

OPTIONS:

  • Automatic regulation, with storage, of the sensor position using stepper motors
  • Accident-prevention protection cage.
