For testing railway rotors, Risatti makes machines for die-cast rotors and wound rotors of large dimensions. An adapted lathe is used to support the weight and dimensions of the rotor.
Risatti makes customized solutions, according to the customer’s needs. The tests can be carried out individually or in an automatic sequence. Suitable safety measures can be designed together with the Customer (e.g. protection doors, optical barriers, remote controls). The range of services offered by Risatti, for this application, is completed by the testing of the railway stator.
