One of the greatest expanding sectors is that of electric bikes (E-bikes): Therefore, Risatti has developed some solutions for testing electric bikes that fully satisfy its customers’ needs during the design, manufacturing and service stages. The E-bike tests cover all the parts that comprise a vehicle motor: stator, rotor, complete motor and all the intermediate stages. These tests may be included in:
- a production line (low automation)
- in a testing island (high automation) with robots or special handling systems.
All the machines are handled by an industrial PC and, although they work individually, they can be connected within the same network and/or remotely controlled.
For this reason, in order to guarantee quality and safety standards, Risatti provides machines for testing electric bikes.
